About

Passionist JPIC Australia is the office for the Justice, Peace, and Integrity of Creation Office for the Australian Province of the Passionist Congregation. The Passionists are a religious congregation within the Roman Catholic Church whose primary focus or ‘Charism’ is to keep alive the memory of the Passion of Christ. Particularly we do this by standing by the crucified of the world today.

The Passionist JPIC Australia Office is chaired by Fr. Jose R. Sanchez CP.

  1. Dear JPIC Australia, Jose Sanchez, I’m a graphic designer from the Netherlands who has a commission designing the cover of a book about Coltan, the curse of Congo. It is a ‘faction’, written by Arend van Campen, with possible answers to end this modern form of slavery. For his book, for the cover of it I found a picture in your blog, which I’d like to use for the backflap of the book. Maybe if you reply using my regular emailaddress I can show you which picture I mean. I’m looking for the author of it so I can possibly use it for the book. My email address is waltersmaalders@gmail.com. I thank you in advance for your time, kind regards, Walter Smaalders. And I admire the good work you do by posting this blog.
